Guildmore Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to ensure effective operational management and delivery of contracts across our projects. You will lead a team, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with Guildmore QEMS and ISO standards.

You will oversee mobilisation, monitor KPIs and cashflow, manage PCSA stages, and promote health, safety and quality across all sites.

A proven track record in external works and cladding remediation, plus a BSc in Construction Management is required.
