Guildmore is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual management of residential and social housing façade and cladding remediation projects across the Midlands RICS or CIOB membership is desirable. At least five years experience in a construction commercial role, with a proven track record of managing project costs and contracts. Experience in façade, cladding remediation, residential or social housing projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and variations, with NEC4 experience beneficial. Experience with CVR reporting, procurement, subcontractor management and cash flow forecasting. Commercially astute, detail-oriented and confident in negotiations and stakeholder management.
