Guildmore is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support tenants in their homes and ensure all planned works, queries and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
You will be based at a site with occasional travel to other locations as projects progress. You’ll attend meetings, prepare progress updates, distribute community newsletters, and keep residents informed while coordinating with the site team to minimise disruption and maintain strong relationships.
