Guildmore's Facades & Cladding Unit is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of façade remediation, recladding and external envelope projects across London and the South East.

You will take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead façade and cladding projects from pre-construction to handover.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, commercial performance and programme delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, the Building Safety Act and company procedures.
  • Monitor quality, health & safety and project performance.
  • Identify and manage project risks, variations and technical issues.
  • Support tender submissions and provide operational input during pre-construction.
  • Mentor and develop project teams. Person Specification
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within façades, cladding or the wider construction industry.
  • Experience delivering façade remediation, recladding or external envelope projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and the Building Safety Act.
  • Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant construction qualification (HNC, HND or Degree) preferred.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card and a full UK driving licence. What We Offer
