Guildhawk is seeking a hands-on Programme Lead to strengthen delivery execution across our Project Management and Programme function. The role provides operational leadership of live client programmes, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple engagements, while supporting stronger ways of working within the delivery function.
You will act as a key escalation point for delivery, support complex client work, and help embed clearer standards, stronger accountability, and better coordination across live programmes. Working closely with the Head of Client Services, this role focuses on execution excellence, team capability, and continuous improvement within day-to-day delivery.
