Job purpose Guildhawk is appointing a Marketing and Corporate Comms Executive to assist the company’s marketing, communications, and enablement activities. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing execution, allowing senior stakeholders to focus on client solution design and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Content Management (primary) You will assist the production, maintenance, and publication of marketing and corporate communications content, including:
    • Drafting blogs, articles and client testimonials
    • Posting LinkedIn posts and leadership ghost‑writing (including CEO‑style posts)
    • Assisting in the filming and creation of digital human avatars
    • Assisting in the drafting of website content, landing pages
  • Campaigns Execution and CRM Management You will execute and manage:
    • Marketing & transactional emails to client base
    • Learn to manage and nurture marketing campaigns
    • Understanding HubSpot as a CRM and creating workflows
  • Internal Enablement You will work with Solutions, Sales and Product teams to:
    • Participate in weekly catch ups with line manager to align priorities
    • Participate in company-wide meetings and product-led meetings
    • Research relevant market / client insights to feed into sales enablement
    • Maintain a structured library of reusable assets in the Marketing folder

Skills & Experience

Essential skills

  • Experience with AI prompt‑engineering, with knowledge of different AI tools and when to use which
  • Strong communications, writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to use AI in a critical manner; ability to discern AI biases
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams

Desirable experience

  • Experience with content‑led marketing and corporate communications
  • Firm understanding of HubSpot as a CRM
