We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Bartender/Waiter to join our bar and restaurant team. You will serve food and take drink orders at the bar while helping to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard recipes.
- Take food and drink orders and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old (in line with UK employment law).
- Experience not essential – full training will be provided.
- Good time-keeping and reliability are essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: non-smokers and Welsh speakers.
