Guildhall School of Music & Drama seeks a Deputy Head of Student Services (Operations) for a fixed-term maternity cover (Oct 2026–Jun 2027). You will design and oversee end-to-end student-facing services, coordinating front-line enquiries, triage, referrals and case management in a higher education setting.
You will lead operational delivery, ensure safeguarding, manage performance via KPIs, and drive process improvements across health, welfare and student life support.
