Senior Student Records Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated student records specialist to join our Registry team as a Senior Student Records Officer.

The Senior Student Records Officer will be a member of the Student Records Team in Registry (part of the Student & Academic Services Directorate).

This role is one of two Senior Student Records Officers in the team.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across teams in Registry and academic departments, with a core focus on managing day-to-day student records functions and special projects.

The role holder will play a key role in managing the student lifecycle in SITS from the point of enrolment through to graduation, taking the lead on enrolment events.

This will include overseeing Registry’s management of student records for assessments and progression, including Assessment Board operation.

About you

You will have experience of working in higher education in a professional services role, supporting functions related to student records and/or assessment.

You will be confident in using a student record system (ideally SITS) for day-to-day record management with an interest in making system improvements and maximising efficiency.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and have enthusiasm for delivering high quality experiences for students related to key events such as enrolment and graduation.

You will bring a collaborative and collegial mindset with excellent team‑working skills.

This role is eligible for hybrid working.
