Guildhall School of Music & Drama
Full time –fixed-term for 12 months (35 hours a week –The post holder will be expected to work on Saturdays during term time)
£31,740 – £35,640 per annum including Inner London Weighting
Guildhall Young Artists (GYA) is Guildhall School’s network of 6 centres providing performing and production arts training for children and young people aged 4 to 18. Centres are located in London, Norwich, and Taunton, with an online option for remote study.
This role involves providing administrative support to the Junior Guildhall centre on Saturdays during term time, and coordinating administration for other GYA centres, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and assisting with concerts, events, and projects.
We seek a highly organized, efficient individual with proven administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and possess excellent communication, numeracy, and time management skills. Advanced MS Office and IT skills are required. Knowledge of classical or contemporary music, drama, or production arts, preferably within higher education, is advantageous.
