Job Role: Access and Participation Evaluation and Impact Manager
The successful candidate will lead the embedding of an evaluative culture within Access and Participation and broader outreach activities across the School. Responsibilities include implementing the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT), training colleagues, managing enquiries, and establishing effective evaluation practices to support the School’s Access and Participation Plan 2025/26-2028/29. The role involves developing an evaluation framework, supporting colleagues, sharing expertise, and leading on the evaluation of a pilot contextual admissions programme in the Music department.
Candidate Profile
We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and creative evaluator with a keen interest in understanding outreach impact. The post-holder will be instrumental in creating an evaluative culture, equipping colleagues with skills and resources for the success of the School’s outreach activities.
