Join our Waste Strategy & Improvement Team and play a key role in delivering one of Guildford Borough Council’s most successful services. We’re looking for a proactive individual to manage our £1.85m garden waste subscription service and support projects that improve efficiency and performance across waste operations.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and manage automation for garden waste subscriptions.
- Arrange bin deliveries for over 60,000 domestic properties.
- Provide specialist support to colleagues, residents, and stakeholders.
- Assist with project delivery and service improvements.
About You
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
