We're looking for a dedicated Housing Estate Inspector to join our growing team, who is a forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and who has a "can do" attitude. You must be resilient, confident, like a challenge, have passion, and have a firm focus on excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a Housing Estate Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of our Estates within the community, working closely with the neighbourhood team.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact responsible for conducting inspections of our Estates
- Be responsible for carrying out regular scheduled inspections of internal and external areas on our Estates
- Report repairs or Health & Safety concerns and follow up
- Monitor and record performance of contractors
- Produce comprehensive reports outlining issues and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property/Estate management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driving license
