Guildford Borough Council is seeking a pro-active housing adviser to join a busy team. You will provide housing advice to customers by phone and correspondence, assess and process applications, and liaise with the Homeless Prevention Team.
Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and good numeracy and literacy. IT skills are essential, with familiarity of housing software such as Orchard or MRI (Jigsaw) being advantageous.
