Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our complaints team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Complaints Resolution Officer to support our housing service in delivering high-quality, resident-centred complaint handling.
Responsibilities
- Assist housing colleagues in investigating and responding to complaints as part of the wider corporate complaints team, working closely with the Complaints Lead.
- Ensure timely resolutions, identify learning opportunities, and follow up on actions to deliver on commitments to residents.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong customer service experience with a track record in a complaint-resolution role.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences and translate technical information into clear, accessible language.
- Experience building effective working relationships across the organisation. Housing sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
