Experienced Paraplanner – Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + discretionary bonus + excellent pension

Guild Search is working with an established financial planning business looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning, takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for a long-term career in paraplanning.
The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the UK while remaining part of a collaborative financial planning team.
The role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing accurate, technically sound suitability reports.
- Undertaking detailed research across pensions, investments and financial planning solutions.
- Supporting complex retirement, tax-efficient and estate planning cases.
- Preparing and interpreting cashflow models.
- Reviewing existing arrangements and identifying appropriate recommendations.
- Working collaboratively with advisers and colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Managing your workload independently while maintaining high technical and compliance standards.
About you
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who:
- Have solid experience in a dedicated paraplanning role.
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Have strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and retirement planning.
- Are confident undertaking research, cashflow modelling and writing suitability reports.
- Are organised, dependable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and building positive relationships with colleagues.
- Are genuinely interested in developing a long-term career in paraplanning.
