I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm in Chester that is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners in a business that genuinely values its staff and encourages professional development.
The role will involve supporting the administration of pensions, investments and protection business, preparing client documentation, liaising with providers and clients, and ensuring the smooth running of the client journey from start to finish.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
β Previous experience within an IFA or Financial Planning environment
β Knowledge of pensions and investments
β Experience of new business processing and client servicing
β Excellent organisational and communication skills
β Experience of platforms and back-office systems (desirable)
