Your New Role

As a Pet Insurance Claims Specialist, you’ll be the reassuring voice our customers hear when they need us most. With empathy and professionalism, you’ll guide them through the claims process, ensuring clarity, compassion and confidence at every step. You’ll:

  • Manage your own portfolio of pet insurance claims with a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Apply sound judgement to assess claim complexity and determine the best course of action
  • Maintain a strong financial lens while upholding our claims guidelines and service standards
  • Support your team with training, mentoring and workload sharing when needed
  • Build collaborative relationships across internal teams to deliver seamless service
