Ways of Working: Hybrid role – 2 days in office and 3 days from home
Reporting to the NSW Workers Compensation Team Leader, you’ll provide strategic advice and help shape the way we support our clients and each other. Currently our team manage up to 60 claims per portfolio but we’re working hard to bring this down to 35-40 claims per portfolio. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing complex Workers Compensation claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes
- Determining liability, issuing appropriate notices, and coordinating medical assessments and rehabilitation services
- Liaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes
- Supporting the NSW Regional Office and National Workers Compensation Claims Manager to strengthen client relationships and enhance service delivery
- Attending case conferences, forums, and meetings with professionalism and insight
- Identifying trends and collaborating with internal teams to support early risk management interventions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
