Part‑time and full‑time contracts

24–48 hours per week

Night shifts: 8pm–8am

Alternative weekends required for full‑time roles

Pay Rates

  • £14.34 per hour (Mon–Fri & Sun)
  • £15.03 per hour (Sat)

About the Role

As a Night Dementia Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping residents living with dementia feel safe, calm, and supported throughout the night. Your work will include:

  • Providing compassionate, person‑centred care
  • Supporting residents who may wake, feel unsettled, or need reassurance
  • Promoting dignity, comfort, and emotional wellbeing during quieter hours
  • Assisting with evening and morning routines
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive night team
  • Maintaining accurate care records and following safety standards

We welcome people who bring a genuine passion for supporting people with dementia, a caring, patient, and empathetic approach, a willingness to learn and grow in the role, strong communication and teamwork skills, and reliability and flexibility.
