Are you passionate about making a difference at a time when others are resting? We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant – Nights to lead our care team during night shifts, ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care around the clock.
About The Role
- Leading night shifts and supervising Care Assistants
- Monitoring and updating individual care plans
- Administering medication and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Promoting dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents
- Acting as a role model of high standards and compassionate care
- Ensuring effective handovers and communication with day teams
