Are you passionate about making a difference at a time when others are resting? We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant – Nights to lead our care team during night shifts, ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care around the clock.

About The Role

  • Leading night shifts and supervising Care Assistants
  • Monitoring and updating individual care plans
  • Administering medication and ensuring accurate record keeping
  • Promoting dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents
  • Acting as a role model of high standards and compassionate care
  • Ensuring effective handovers and communication with day teams

Location: Linfield House, Worthing

Contracted Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £14.96 per hour Mon - Fri, £15.67 Sat & £14.96 Sun

Desired Criteria

  • First Aid and Health & Safety certifications

Required Criteria

  • Experience supervising others in a care setting
  • Medication administration competency
  • Satisfactory DBS check
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Experience in Dementia Care
