Key Responsibilities:

Clean all floor surfaces, carpets, and non-carpeted areas.

Dust and polish furniture, ensuring it is moved and cleaned thoroughly.

Maintain the cleanliness of paintwork, toilets, baths, and associated equipment.

Replace toiletries and cleaning supplies as required.

Support laundry duties and assist residents with cleaning if they wish to participate.

Report maintenance issues or incidents concerning residents or their belongings.

Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Guild Care was founded in Worthing in 1933 by visionary volunteers dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals in the local community. Originally known as Worthing Council of Social Service, the organisation focused on alleviating poverty, isolation, and health challenges during difficult times.
