Guild Care Horsham is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager (BANK) to support the Shop Manager across Horsham and Crawley stores, including holiday cover and weekend hours.
You will help hit income targets, supervise volunteers, maintain high shop presentation, manage stock donations, and deliver excellent customer service to support the charity's work.
Required: retail management or 3+ years' retail experience, strong organisational skills and flexibility; driving licence preferred.
