At Guidewire, we empower insurers with cutting-edge pricing software (Quantee), and we are now looking for an experienced Pricing Expert who will step into the role of Customer Success Manager. This unique role combines deep pricing expertise with strong relationship management skills to ensure our clients achieve outstanding results with our solutions.

Your Mission

  • Provide expert advice on non-life pricing, helping clients to develop and mature their in-house capabilities.
  • Actively support clients in achieving their goals by sharing pricing expertise and best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with our clients - from pricing specialists and directors to C-level executives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement of our software.
  • Help customers succeed in their pricing goals - because your success is measured by their success.

  • Has several years of hands-on experience in non-life insurance pricing.

  • Combines the skills of a pricing expert, project manager, and customer success professional.
