Working 30 hours per week from 4pm to 10pm, you will join a compassionate, values-led team caring for up to 50 residents, including those living with dementia.
You’ll deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living, maintain care records, and work with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred.
