Overview
PureCyber is entering a new phase of growth after the investment from BGF. As part of this, we are hiring a Head of Sales to translate our go‑to‑market strategy into a focused sales plan and lead our sales function. This role requires a hands-on experienced B2B sales leader who understands value-based selling, not products, someone who can build a predictable pipeline, and protect and grow existing revenue. You’ll work closely with Marketing to ensure demand generation supports revenue goals, while leading AEs, SDRs and Account Managers with the structure and coaching they need to perform at a high level.
Key Results
- Revenue Target: Deliver the annual revenue target across new business, renewals, and account growth, with consistent month‑on‑month performance and strong forecast accuracy.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a balanced pipeline with sufficient coverage for both new business and expansion opportunities, aligned to ICP and priority sectors.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a cohesive sales team that uses ICP insight, qualified pipeline, partner routes to market, and repeatable sales motions to deliver predictable revenue, higher conversion, and strong commercial discipline.
