Overview

PureCyber is continuing its scaling journey following investment from BGF and we’re strengthening our go‑to‑market organisation to support the next phase of growth. As part of this, we are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and team. The Head of Marketing will play a central role in shaping and delivering the Company’s marketing strategy, translating it into clear, measurable plans that drive brand growth, market awareness and sustainable demand for our products and services. The role is responsible for developing a predictable flow of qualified demand, strengthening our market position, and ensuring marketing activity directly supports commercial objectives and long‑term revenue growth.

This position will build and lead a focused, measurable marketing function that transforms sector‑level ICP insight, proposition development, campaigns, content, events, channel activity and digital marketing into qualified pipeline, sales‑ready conversations and attributable revenue. The Head of Marketing works in close partnership with Sales to ensure demand generation activity aligns with revenue targets and contributes effectively to the Company’s wider goals and objectives.

Key Results

  • Demand Generation: Deliver high‑quality MQLs and drive strong MQL‑to‑SQL conversion in partnership with Sales to support pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen PureCyber’s brand and visibility in the cyber security market, demonstrated through increased inbound demand, engagement metrics, and recognition across target ICPs.
  • Leadership: Lead a cohesive marketing team with clear goals and measurable performance across digital, content, events, and campaign activity.

  • Direct Reports: Digital Marketing Manager, Content Manager, Events Manager, Graphic Designer
  • Execute PureCyber’s marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised for ROI and pipeline creation.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and execute a demand generation engine that consistently delivers high‑quality MQLs.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for PureCyber ICP’s and service lines (e.g., SOC, penetration testing, incident response, consultancy).
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure alignment, feedback loops and shared pipeline accountability.

Brand Positioning

  • Strengthen PureCyber’s brand presence and differentiation in the cyber market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, collateral, and customer touchpoints.
  • Shape PureCyber’s value proposition by ICP and persona, ensuring technical services are positioned as clear, compelling, buyer‑focused offerings.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee creation of high‑value content, including whitepapers, case studies, reports, webinars etc.
  • Ensure content supports SEO, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Lead digital strategy across SEO, paid search, email, and website optimisation.

Events & Engagement

  • Oversee PureCyber’s events programme, including industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and partner events.
  • Ensure events contribute meaningfully to pipeline, brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service Leads, and the wider leadership team to ensure marketing supports commercial priorities.

Person specification

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B services environment.
  • Proven experience operating as a commercial leader within a scaling business, contributing directly to revenue.
  • Strong track record of supporting pipeline and driving measurable revenue impact through high-quality MQLs.
  • Highly commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
  • High competence in HubSpot.
  • Confident and experienced hands on leader with capability leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
