Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to shape early learning for infants aged 0–2 in a Montessori environment designed to foster independence, movement, and discovery. You will observe, prepare the classroom, and partner with families to support each child’s unique rhythms and growth.
In this role, you’ll lead a small mixed-age infant group, collaborate with the classroom team, and contribute to a warm, respectful community that values curiosity, trust, and lifelong learning.
