Guidepoint is seeking a qualified candidate for an Associate, Client Growth role on the Institutional Client Growth team. This person will support senior members of the team as they promote our services to various clients (Institutional companies), in order to grow overall usage.
What Youâll Do
Partner with the Growth team to increase user base at client firms by employing a thoughtful and strategic outreach approach
Conduct cold calls, emails and other lead generation efforts to meet designated project, new client activation, and meeting targets
Monitor client usage trends and identify inflection points in their usage data to proactively reach out and identify any potential pain points
Onboard new client prospects and educate them on the different services Guidepoint has to offer either under an existing subscription, or opening new business/contracts
Develop a working knowledge of corporate industries and help communicate Guidepointâs value add to clients in these sectors
Work closely with the Client Service team to collect feedback on open client projects as well as advisors we have sent clients for review
What You Have
1â2 year of sales, business development, and/or account management experience (desirable)
Bachelorâs degree from a recognized institution
Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management
Excellent networking skills enabling reach out to prospective clients
Excellent communicator capable of handling highâprofile clients
Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
A desire to work in a fastâpaced entrepreneurial environment
Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
Excellent relationship management skills with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
Proficiency in spoken and written English
