GuideMe is an AI powered therapist matching service that connects individuals with the right professional based on their clinical and personal needs. Our in-depth assessments guide each individual's therapy journey, ensuring the best therapist fit.
This is a freelance remote role for a Therapist at GuideMe. We are looking for Clinical Assessment Therapists and 1:1 Therapists. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy sessions, and/or conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and offering support to clients. The Therapist will also be expected to maintain accurate client records and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing adult therapy sessions and conducting assessments
- Ability to develop personalised treatment plans
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathy and understanding towards adult clients' needs
- Membership to a UK based professional body i.e BACP
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience with teletherapy platforms
- Accredited with the BACP or other professional body eligible for the accreditation process
- Knowledge of mental health best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
