Overview

In this role, you will be accountable for growing and managing client relationships while mentoring and developing our UK team.

The successful candidate will have strengths in commercialization and pricing / market access and be able to lead transformational projects, open to technology and data / analytics solutions, and be a builder.

You will work with US-based Partners and Directors to expand our brand in Europe, which includes a number of existing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage client relationships in the UK, mentoring and developing the local team.
  • Lead transformational projects with an openness to technology and data/analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with US-based Partners and Directors to expand Guidehouse’s brand and client base in Europe.
  • Contribute to business development and build a broader EU/UK footprint for the firm.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field. MBA / Ph D / Pharm D / MD or equivalent preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma and/or Medical Technology) consulting experience or a blend of consulting and industry experience.
  • 7+ years of commercialization, launch, and/or global pricing and market access experience.
  • Nice to Have
  • EME end client, sourcing and business development relationships.
  • Track record of over $2 million in individual sales.
  • Comfort with and desire to build a technology- and data/analytics-advisory solutions practice.
