What You Will Do:

Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. They own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. They lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

  • Design project plans, own project status reporting, and manage tracking of client deliverables.
  • Lead workshops with business units and process owners to map existing processes using Microsoft Visio.
  • Identify and assess operational risks in new or existing business processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on client projects and turn into actionable insights through compelling narratives using Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Assist Management Consultants with project execution including assessing, measuring, monitoring, reporting and remediating operational risk and controls in new or existing business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Lead team in preparing responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs) for prospective clients.
  • Help clients develop or implement operational risk management frameworks, guidelines, and policies whilst ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 (THREE) or more years of experience in banking industry or commercial financial services consulting.
  • Experience of compliance and risk assessment processes for large banks, ensuring adherence to international regulatory standards and enhancing the institution's financial stability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging and client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements if required.
  • Right to Work in the UK e.g. UK Passport, Ireland Passport (Common Travel Area Agreement), Indefinite Leave to Remain, EU Settled Status.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior management consulting experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Operational risk and/or big data analytics.
