Overview
In this role you will drive client engagements within Guidehouse’s Commercial Financial Services practice as a hands-on consultant and team lead. You’ll manage projects, coordinate solution delivery, and interface with client leadership to ensure engagement success. You will mentor junior staff and produce high-quality reports and presentations for clients and executives. This position combines rigorous analysis with client relationship management in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple project workstreams across client engagements
- Drive solution implementation and client management to ensure engagement success
- Facilitate operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leadership
- Produce organized, persuasive reports and presentations for clients and internal executives
- Coach and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, detail-focused work products
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in banking or commercial financial services consulting, including GSIB experience
- 5+ years in operational risk/large bank compliance or banking regulations
- Experience with risk and controls current state assessments and process mapping
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC ~3 days/week and travel as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
