What You Will Do

As a key member of the account team, you will be responsible for contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation. We encourage career development and hire for the long term. We will work together to develop a career path that balances your goals and our clients' project needs. As you hone your project management and business development skills and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the next level managing larger workstreams and/or programs.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to project planning, budgeting and overall strategy
  • Establishing key performance indicators
  • Monitoring and evaluating the overall project
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance
  • Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Maintaining project contracts and financials
  • Support the development and roll‑out of our project management methodology as a coach and change agent to encourage adoption
  • Supporting business development including but not limited to writing proposals, leading new business presentations and helping identify upcoming and future pursuits

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1‑3 years experience
  • Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close‑knit team
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (5%; subject to change)
  • Right to Work in the UK (e.g., UK Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain / Settled Status)
