As an Associate Director in Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services practice, you will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation, and project results. You will own project workstreams, interact with clients daily to ensure engagement success, support operational meetings with sponsors and leaders, and prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal executives. You will lead, coach, and mentor consultants, ensuring quality deliverables.

What You Will Need:

- Knowledge in areas such as banking regulations, operational improvement, technology strategy, business architecture, process improvement, or change management
