Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create and send email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar
  • Write and edit content for marketing emails, newsletters, website updates, and printed materials
  • Support with social media scheduling and content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
  • Help coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and email marketing dashboards
  • Keep marketing databases and CRM systems up to date
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
  • Provide day-to-day support to the wider marketing team
