This is an exciting opportunity to work with both manual and CNC machinery, producing highly accurate small-hole drilling work, with some holes as small as 0.02mm. The role offers variety, technical challenges and the opportunity to work with new CNC technology. Key Responsibilities * Set and operate CNC and manual machines. * Read and interpret engineering drawings. * Programme and carry out precision machining and small-hole drilling. * Manufacture fixtures and tooling using manual milling machines and lathes. * Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. Skills & Experience * Experience operating and programming CNC machines. * Competent using manual milling machines and lathes. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Experience in precision engineering or toolmaking would be an advantage. * Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
