Shift Allowance Guided Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client, a reputable aerospace manufacturing organisation based in West London .

This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer looking to develop their career within a high-quality, precision manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying specialist coatings to aerospace components, ensuring consistently high standards of finish, quality and accuracy.

Working within an established production team, you will follow technical specifications and manufacturing requirements while maintaining the exceptional attention to detail required within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities Prepare aerospace components and surfaces prior to coating and painting.

Set up and operate spray guns and associated application equipment.

Apply paints, primers and specialist coating systems to the required specifications.

Ensure an accurate, consistent and high-quality finish across all components.

Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing instructions.

Select and prepare appropriate coatings and materials for each job.

Carry out visual inspections and identify any defects or imperfections.

Maintain high standards of quality throughout the preparation and spraying process.

Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Follow relevant health, safety and environmental procedures.

Maintain spray equipment and ensure the working area is kept clean and organised.

Work effectively both independently and as part of the wider manufacturing team.

Skills & Experience The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Paint Sprayer or Spray Painter .

Experience within aerospace, automotive, engineering or industrial manufacturing would be highly advantageous.

Good knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating systems.

Experience using spray guns and associated paint application equipment.

The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

A methodical approach to producing consistently high-quality finishes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work the required shifts of 06:0014:00 and 13:5521:55 .
