Are you a medical sales professional or clinically trained nurse with wound/compression looking to take the next step in your career within medical devices and wound care? Join a leading healthcare organisation at the forefront of wound care innovation and compression therapy, working in partnership with the NHS to improve patient outcomes across acute and community settings.

This is a field-based Territory Sales role covering the West Midlands (Birmingham, Black country, Solihull, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Telford and Wrekin), combining clinical expertise with commercial responsibility. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based solutions that genuinely improve healing outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with NHS clinicians across acute and community settings
  • Drive territory sales growth through clinical engagement and solution-led selling
  • Deliver product education and training to healthcare professionals
  • Act as a key clinical voice of the customer internally
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver territory strategy and exceed targets
  • Stay up to date with clinical developments in wound care and compression therapy
About you:
  • Experience in medical device sales within the NHS, OR
  • Clinical background (e.g. District Nurse, Tissue Viability Nurse, Podiatrist) with wound care/compression knowledge
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets or delivering high-quality patient care
  • Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
