This is a field-based Territory Sales role covering Peterborough, Cambridge and Norwich, combining clinical expertise with commercial responsibility. Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop long-term relationships with NHS clinicians across acute and community settings
- Drive territory sales growth through clinical engagement and solution-led selling
- Deliver product education and training to healthcare professionals
- Act as a key clinical voice of the customer internally
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver territory strategy and exceed targets
- Stay up to date with clinical developments in wound care and compression therapy
About you:
- Experience in medical device sales within the NHS
- Ideally wound care knowledge or experience (e.g. District Nurse, Tissue Viability Nurse, Podiatrist)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets or delivering high-quality patient care
- Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
