We are hiring a Surgical Urology Territory Manager to drive growth across the South Central, London, and South East regions. The territory is thriving, with strong foundations — now it needs an experienced, ambitious sales professional to unlock its full potential and make it their own.
Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth across an established and expanding portfolio of medical technologies
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with key NHS and private healthcare stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically develop your territory
- Deliver confident product demonstrations, presentations, and in-theatre support where required
- Work closely with clinical, marketing, and supplier partners to maximise market impact
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account development
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting
- Proven urology sales experience
- A commercially driven mindset with a strong hunger to win and grow accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a dynamic territory
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
- Full valid driving licence
