We are excited to share a new and exciting opening for a Territory Manager across the South West of England with our customer, a leading manufacturer of medical devices utilised in hospitals and community settings. The company has a renowned portfolio and prides itself on providing comprehensive, proactive customer support. We are looking for a skilled, results driven medical device sales professional to continue the upward trajectory of this territory. You will look to develop further growth opportunities by partnering with customers at a senior level, including nursing leads, department heads, and meds management and procurement. You will also be supported by highly effective commercial and clinical team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio, completing quarterly business reviews, and forming action plans to create opportunities.
- Ownership of pipeline and forecasting opportunities.
- Partnering with customers to promote value-based proposals.
- Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
- Develop a strong network of key stakeholders, including KOLs.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience.
- Ideally have acute and community sales experience.
- Embody true professionalism, demonstrate attention to detail and have excellent, demonstrable account management skills.
- Ideally have demonstrable tender experience & track record of formulary successes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain an organised, well-structured approach to their territory.
- Reside within Devon or within/close to Bristol.
