Our client is an innovator of proprietary Medical devices with a growing global presence within the orthopaedics field. As a key element of the commercial strategy in the UK, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an energetic Territory Manager to cover the North Thames and Home Counties region. The successful candidate in this position should be at the forefront of the company and committed to developing and implementing an effective sales strategy. The aim is to promote sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute after-sales strategies in the territory.
- Become a point of reference for product knowledge and provide training to clinical staff.
- Organize events across the network of the clinical account to drive patient awareness.
- Manage the network of the account that is responsible for selling consumables.
- Provide management reports and direct reports, as required.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
- Proven successful sales experience within the Orthopaedics medical devices field.
- Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in the healthcare and/or medical devices industry, ideally with sales experience of technically challenging medical devices.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, dependent upon location and demands of the business.
