They are looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Representative to significantly grow and develop this high potential territory. They are looking for an experienced orthopaedic sales professional, a true relationship builder and a talent who can develop business from the ground up.
The role involves working directly with surgeons, theatre teams, and clinical stakeholders in a trauma setting to grow the sales in the London region.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the UK launch and expansion of the business, working closely with the UK sales lead to drive growth
- Drive revenue across the assigned territory, achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and key hospital stakeholders
- Act as a UK product specialist, providing in-theatre support to ensure confident and effective use of trauma and extremity products
- Manage full sales cycles and support the implementation of account strategies alongside the team lead
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, operations, logistics, leadership) to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth market entry
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM activity to support scalable growth
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and clinical developments, providing insights to support strategic planning
- Represent the company at relevant meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Proven experience in surgical orthopaedic sales (trauma experience preferred)
- Confident working in operating theatres and engaging effectively with clinical teams
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust
- Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
- Analytical approach to identifying opportunities and driving account growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong time-management abilities
