As Commercial Business Manager, you will lead a team of 3 commercial specialists and work closely with relevant commercial stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring pricing discipline, and supporting complex customer negotiations and long‑term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team responsible for commercial execution, pricing support, and contract management across the UK.
- Own and drive pricing strategy, governance, and compliance in partnership with Commercial Business Analysts.
- Ensure pricing structures balance competitiveness with profitability and margin protection.
- Oversee and influence tender activity, contract negotiations, and commercial frameworks within key accounts.
- Act as the senior commercial partner to Sales Leadership, supporting strategic deals, escalations, and complex negotiations.
