Are you a Product Manager or Product Marketing professional with experience in Core Diagnostics, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD or Pathology looking to take ownership of a broad, high-impact portfolio? We're partnering with a global leader in laboratory diagnostics to recruit a Product Manager supporting the UK & Ireland business. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership, combining product marketing, commercial strategy, product launches, customer engagement, and sales enablement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving the commercial success of a market-leading diagnostics portfolio by developing and executing downstream marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Leading product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.
  • Supporting commercial teams with sales enablement and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating across Sales, Service, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and Global Marketing.
  • Managing customer communications, digital marketing, events and industry congresses.
  • Delivering market insights, forecasting and commercial performance across the portfolio.

This is a broad portfolio role covering diagnostic instruments, software, assays and consumables, requiring someone who understands how complete laboratory solutions are brought to market.

What We're Looking For

  • Product Marketing or Product Management experience within Core Diagnostics, Clinical Diagnostics, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Pathology Diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience delivering downstream marketing, product launches, marketing campaigns, and commercial sales support.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The confidence to operate independently in a visible, leadership-facing role.
