We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team, ensuring that all medical instruments meet strict standards of cleanliness, functionality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks on medical instruments and equipment received from hospitals.
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, correct assembly, and full functionality.
- Accurately document QC outcomes and non-conformance reports in line with departmental processes.
- Manage the quarantine area for non-compliant instruments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and sterilisation units to resolve quality issues.
- Report all events relating to instrument condition and processing.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organised, safe, and well-kept work areas and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and ISO 13485 compliance.
- Clear verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven knowledge of instrument handling and identification.
