We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager - Orthopaedic Reconstruction to support and execute the commercial strategy across key health systems. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role will focus on driving regional performance, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring our orthopaedic reconstruction solutions align with Integrated Care System (ICS) priorities and pathways.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on arthroplasty experience and a strong understanding of navigating complex healthcare systems to deliver sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Execute regional commercial plans aligned with the overall arthroplasty strategy
- Act as a key interface between the company and ICS stakeholders, including procurement, clinicians, commissioners, and operational leads
- Drive account planning and opportunity management across hospital trusts and health systems
- Support tender responses, contract negotiations, and value-based proposals aligned to ICS objectives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement
- Translate clinical and economic value propositions to meet pathway, efficiency, and outcomes-driven ICS needs
- Track performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity, providing regular updates to the Commercial Director
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and ethical standards
- 7+ years of commercial or sales success in medical devices, with direct experience in orthopaedic reconstruction
- Proven experience navigating and working within Integrated Care Systems (ICS), including procurement and pathway redesign
- Strong understanding of surgeon-led markets alongside system-level decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence without authority
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience working in matrixed or regional team structures preferred
