A leading international orthopaedic technology company is expanding its UK team and is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist to support both new and established customers while helping drive the growth of a rapidly developing product portfolio in South East London, Kent and East Sussex. What You’ll Do
- Manage and support a growing customer base across your region
- Provide expert clinical support in theatre, ensuring safe and confident use of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation
- Deliver structured training and education programmes to theatre teams and surgeons
- Assist the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities
- Oversee instruments, equipment, and inventory for your accounts
- Collaborate with colleagues across territories to ensure seamless service
- Support clinical research activity where required
- Maintain all mandatory operating theatre access and compliance
- Represent the brand with professionalism in both NHS and private sectors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in orthopaedics, ideally arthroplasty or major joint reconstruction
- A strong clinical background (e.g., theatre practitioner, ODP, physiotherapist, orthopaedic nurse, clinical specialist)
- The confidence to work independently and influence at senior clinical and managerial levels
- Experience supporting or managing customer accounts
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- At least 18 months of experience in a relevant clinical or field-based role
- The ability to obtain/hold Theatre Access qualifications (or willingness to sit the exam)
