As the company expands rapidly across the U.S. spine market, they are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead both strategic product development and execution of commercial initiatives.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the strategic and operational hub for U.S. marketing efforts—connecting surgeons, sales teams, R&D, and leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, manages complexity with ease, and knows how to execute flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Voice of the Customer: Collect and integrate feedback from surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams to shape product development and messaging.
- Product Launches: Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and line extensions—toolkits, timelines, messaging, and readiness.
- Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact collateral (presentations, videos, brochures, case studies) that highlight clinical value and competitive advantages.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead portfolio planning, obsolescence tracking, and product performance analysis.
- Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert on product features, surgical procedures, and competitive positioning.
Project & Field Execution
- Events & Labs: Plan and manage U.S.-based surgeon training labs, tradeshows, distributor meetings, and other in-person events.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee content updates across the website, LinkedIn, MailChimp, and other channels—aligning messaging with campaign goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure internal visibility and alignment across commercial, clinical, and engineering teams.
- Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities comply with FDA, AdvaMed, and Sunshine Act guidelines.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5–10 years’ experience in medical device marketing (preferably spine or orthopaedics).
- Proven success in product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience working directly with surgeons, sales reps, and clinical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
Preferred
- Advanced degree in marketing, healthcare, or business.
- Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, or AI tools.
- Background in digital campaigns and multichannel communication.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, AdvaMed code, and U.S. compliance standards.
